fans of NFL can rest Knowing that Thursday night’s matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers will feature two of football’s top quarterbacks.

Chief Quarterback Patrick Mahomes told reporters on Tuesday that a wrist injury in Kansas City’s Week 1 win over the Arizona Cardinals would not keep him out of Thursday’s matchup with Justin Herbert.

“Yeah, it hurt a little yesterday, but it felt great today,” Mahomes told reporters. “So (I) came into the training room[and]got a little work on it.[I]really don’t have any time to work on this today but it’s already feeling a lot better so I’m I’m sure I’ll be good to go this week.”
